WG 9515 was P679 in the Alexander fleet. By moving the driving position forward and allowing the engine to intrude slightly into the saloon the TS8 “Special” was able to carry 39 passengers, 4 more than normal within the same length. Note the war-time black-out precautions of headlamp masks and white mudguard markings.
