The caravans site at Maidens beach was a popular spot for may visitors. This scene from around 1930 shows GE 3072, a 1928 wire-whelled Standard 18/36 h.p. saloon which pulled thefrom Glasgow family caravan.A. K Stevenson from Glasgow but originally from Kilwinning, who was for many years was the secretary for the Royal Scottish Automobile Club in Blythswood Square.
