Upstairs landing Chandelier

This view is taken from the top of the glorious marble staircase which still remains to this day.The chandilier is no longer there local folklaw has it that it is now in 10 Downing Street.This photo was taken in the 1980s while the building lay unnocupied, although it is now occupied with various designer outlets.You can just see the trees of Christie Park which lies just across the street.
