Carrying a Morayshire (SO) registration this Leyand was probably one of 5 transferred to W.Alexander and Sons Ltd. in 1930 on take-over of the Scottish General (Northern) Omnibus Company Ltd. of Elgin. It received fleet no. P66 in 1932. A sister bus (SO 3740) and fleet no.P63 can be seen in beautifully restored condition at the Scottish Vintage Bus Museum at Lathalmond near Dunfermline.
