This was the biggest in the new Ford D1000 range of heavy commercial vehicles and is pictured in Princes Street, Edinburgh. The 28 ton D1000, powered by a 185 bhp Cummins V8 diesel engine, is being operated as a demonstrator by Alexanders, the Edinburgh Ford Truck Specialist Dealer, and is kept busy showing off its paces to potential customers.
