Argyll Works Lodge

Unfortunately the lodge still awaits repair (2006). The rest of the site has been restored and now host’s a selection of quality designer outlets. This photograph was taken while the dilapidated building was awaiting a new investor. The Lodge housed two flats one for the chauffeur and one for the power manager. The Power Managers daughter, who had lived in the Lodge, attended the re-opening of the building in 1998 at the age of 96
