Arrol Johnston –

Dogcart of 6 seater capacity of around 1905/06 being used as a divers transport support vehicle. Five suitably men on board plus bonnetted driver. This type of Arrol Johnston dogcart remained in production until 1905 to 1906 by which time it appeared extremely antiquated even by mid Edwardian standards. However, it retained quite a popular following to the end, mainly due to its proficiency to cover, especially in Scotland, rugged terrain and indifferent roads unuasable by modern cars.
