All information written on back of photograph “Reg No GB 6914, AEC model No 504 / short H. Built 1924 with Short Bros of Rochester body. This is Glasgow’s original double decker seen at Monteith Row about to depart for Maryhill Road. Although painted in Corporation colours it did not carry fleet number as it was only on trial from AEC during 1924/25. It passed on to Sheffield Corporation.”
