AlbionC.122 Tractor chassis no. 28065.A.with Brockhouse trailer

AGB 112 was an Albion owned by Beattie’s Bread. It was a special model C122 tractor unit.The bakery was in Paton Street, Dennistoun, adjacent to the corporation tram depot. Fitted with 27 x 6″ tyres and tractor axle it’s gross load was 6 tons. The Brockhouse ” Kwikfiks ” Trailer Container was arranged to accommodate 6 rack bogies on rails on the floor. Three trailers were used in conjunction with the tractor.
