SN 7138 was delivered new to David Lawson, Kirkintilloch as a single-decker coach. After the takeover of Lawsons the bus was rebuilt to Leyland TitanTD4 standard and numbered R382 in the Alexander fleet as seen. The single-deck origins of SN 7138 can be seen in the name Tiger, cast at the base of the radiator shell, Tiger being used exclusively for single-deckers while Titan was used for double-deckers.
