Inside John Stirling’s motor works at Granton, Edinburgh about 1902. This factory was originally owned by William Peck to build his Maldelvic electric broughams.Scotland’s first motor car showroom was opened in 1899 by Stirling in Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow.
